Terms & Conditions – Digital Dental Libraries

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern all digital services provided by Digital Dental Libraries, including:

  • organization of implant libraries,
  • optimized packaging (sorted, structured, cleaned files),
  • creation of automated installation tools,
  • technical assistance and support.

Digital Dental Libraries does not sell any proprietary implant files.
All libraries included in our packages originate from public sources freely provided by their manufacturers.

2. Nature of the Service

Purchasing a product from our store means purchasing:

  • a service of file organization and optimization,
  • packaging and structuring work,
  • the convenience of a ready-to-install ZIP archive,
  • our proprietary installer,
  • our technical support.

The customer understands that they are not paying for the original library files.

3. No Affiliation

Digital Dental Libraries is not affiliated with any implant manufacturer or CAD/CAM software company, including but not limited to Exocad, 3Shape, Medit, or any implant brand.
All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Download Delivery

Digital products become available immediately after checkout.
Because they constitute a digital service delivered instantly, no refunds can be issued once the download has been accessed.

5. Liability

Digital Dental Libraries cannot be held responsible for:

  • incorrect use of files,
  • incompatibility with specific versions of CAD/CAM software,
  • clinical or technical misuse,
  • problems resulting from third-party manufacturer files,
  • issues caused by customer-side modifications.

The customer is solely responsible for how files are used in their workflow.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, scripts, installers, icons, organization logic, structure, and packaging created by Digital Dental Libraries remain protected by copyright.

Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited.

7. Technical Support

Support includes:

  • installer assistance,
  • error troubleshooting,
  • guidance on proper usage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the seller’s jurisdiction.
